AJ Buckley is a veteran actor and founding partner of 3AM Collective who has appeared in over 30 feature films and television series.
Born in Ireland and currently residing in South Carolina, AJ spent his teenage years in British Columbia, where he began his acting career starring in the film Disturbing Behavior which launched his career.
After 10 years on CSI: NY, AJ showcased his acting diversity in the award winning Narcos on Netflix and FX's Justifed series, which earned him a spot in Entertainment Weekly’s Emmy watch list.
His other works include Disney Pixar’s The Good Dinosaur as T-Rex Nash, and Home Sweet Hell from Sony Pictures, which he also produced.
AJ is developing a slate of films with Buzzfeed Films and stars in Bark, which premieres at FantasticFest 2023.
Currently, AJ plays the fan favorite ‘Sonny’ on the hit CBS series Seal Team.
His long-running tenure in Hollywood led him to producing and cultivating invaluable industry relationships that have opened doors for countless film and television projects.
Anthony Burns is a founding partner of 3AM Collective. He is an award-winning screenwriter, director, and producer with over 20 years of experience in the television and film industry.
Anthony cut his teeth as an EP assistant on Kevin Williamson’s Hidden Palms and CBS Law Dogs among others. His first feature, Skateland, which Burns co-wrote, produced, and directed was in competition at Sundance where Burns was named by Eric Lavallee, the founder of IONCINEMA, in the American New Wave top 25 of directors to look out for.
Soon after, Anthony produced Jimi: All Is By My Side – written and directed by academy award winner John Ridley – which premiered at TIFF.
Anthony went on to direct and produce Home Sweet Hell with Patrick Wilson and Katherine Heigl for Sony Pictures, which was named as one of the most anticipated films of the year. He also produced Green is Gold, which won the Los Angeles film festival audience award and was then sold to Netflix.
During the pandemic, Anthony produced the girl gamer film 1UP for Buzzfeed and released on Amazon.
Most recently, Anthony Executive Produced Monica, which premiered in competition at the Venice Film Festival. He also developed and is Executive Producer on the Casket Girls with QC Entertainment and Lionsgate.
Early next year, Anthony is set to direct and produce a thriller in Montreal from his own adaptation titled My Kingdom. He is also curating a slate of projects with Buzzfeed Films, with the first project set for camera Fall 2023.
Stephanie Castagnier Dunn is one of main street business’ strongest advocates, with over 20 years lending to small businesses as well as being an active entrepreneur across multiple industries.
She has had the honor and privilege as a player coach building top ranked national lending teams.
Stephanie is a native of Montreal Canada, fluent in English and French with a business degree from McGill University. She moved to Chicago to launch her financial career asa Financial Advisor at Prudential Securities.
During her time as a Financial Advisor, Stephanie discovered her passion for serving small business owners and providing them with thoughtful access to capital. She realized the importance in serving the financial needs of small business owners who spent their lives serving others as the heartbeat of the U.S economy. Her impacts to targeted niche industries have continued to expand and evolve through her own deep-rooted industry expertise and shared passion for effective innovation that adds value to these industries.
Stephanie was General Manager and Director of Channel Partners for Live Oak Bank, helping launch and manage multiple niche verticals. Live Oak began as a de novo bank and IPO'd only a few years later. She then went on to help launch the national SBA department for First Bank based in Southern Pines, NC. First Bank closedo ver $275 Million in SBA 7(a) loans by their second year in operation.
Subsequently, Stephanie launched and managed the national SBA department for Incredible Bank as President of SBA Lending. Incredible Bank ranked in the top 2% of national SBA lenders in the U.S.within the first three years of launch. Most recently, she has taken the role of Head of SBA Lending to launch and manage the national SBA dept for fintech de novo Grasshopper Bank based in Manhattan.

Alex Katz is an award winning, veteran reality TV producer and founding partner of 3AM Collective. He owned and operated No Other WayProductions, a full-service production and postproduction facility in Los Angeles, CA. Prior, he founded NOW Productions in conjunction with NBC studios, who served as his minority partner.
Alex had an overall development deal with NBC for 10+ years, and he served as Executive Producer on major network hits such as: World of Dance, Better Late than Never, andThe Biggest Loser. Other producing titles include Ready forLove, American Dream Builder’s, and a variety of shows for Fox and ABC.
Alex is a graduate of The American Film Institute, where he received his master’s in film editing.
Michael Weston is a veteran actor, screenwriter, producer, and founding partner of 3AM Collective.
Over nearly 2 decades, Michael has appeared in over 60 feature films and television. After his first leading role in Getting To know You landed him rave reviews at Sundance, Michael went on to star opposite John Travolta in Paramount Studios Lucky Numbers directed by Nora Ephron.
Since then,Michael has left a legacy of memorable roles, from studios pictures like State of Play and Dukes of Hazzard, small indie favorites like Garden State and arcs on hit television shows like Six Feet Under, House, and Scrubs, to the titular role of Harry Houdini in Houdini & Doyle.
Most recently, Michael finished filming a second season of Apple TV’s Home BeforeDark, a recurring arc on A Million Little Things, and produced and starred in the indie thriller Bark, which premiered at Fantastic Fest 2023 in Austin, TX.
Much like the 3AM Collective team, his years of success has resulted in his strong ties with studios, producers, talent, and financiers around the globe.
Michael was born and bred in New York City and is a graduate of Northwestern University.
Jaimie Glasson is an Emmy-nominated Producer who has Executive Produced and developed hundreds of hours of alternative programming for broadcast, cable, and streaming television. She has travelled the globe covering stories from Paris to Bali.
Jaimie began her career producing documentaries and entertainment news. At E! Entertainment Television, she was the first to introduce, develop and create fashion and beauty programming for the network and helped launch E!’s Style Network, where she developed and Executive Produced multiple series.
Since then, Jaime went on to Executive Produce and develop programming for Amazon, HBO, Hulu, CW, BET, Discovery, Lifetime, TruTV, VH-1 and MTV, including America’s Next Top Model and The Big Shot with Bethenny.
